On your bill, you will find a 12.5% discretionary service charge. We feel the choice should be left to our customers to show their appreciation. 100% of which is split fairly between everyone who works here.
Enjoy an aperitif in The Drawing Room, The Cloisters Bar or, on warm summer evenings, The River Terrace, whilst you look over the menu and wine list. Our experienced waiting staff are on hand to assist you with your choices and, once you have ordered, you will be invited to your table when your meal is ready to be served. Bon appetite!

If you are staying with us for multiple nights and would like an alternative dish to what is currently on our set menu for that evening, please speak with our Reservations or Restaurant team who will be happy to discuss this with our Head Chef for you.
