We have been open 3 weeks and what a 3 weeks it has been! We are fully open to Residents and Non-Residents can book Dining Reservations including Afternoon Tea Thursday – Sunday.
Just like all other businesses re opening, we have had to adjust to new ways of working to ensure our team and guest’s safety. This includes running the restaurant at a reduced capacity to allow for social distancing and we only allow pre-booked guests into the hotel (no walk ins due to track and trace). This in conjunction with amplified cleaning procedures, staff training and more has allowed us to create a safe environment for our guests to come and enjoy our hospitality in a way that is as normal as possible. You should not have to sacrifice service for safety, we believe both can exist alongside each other.

We hope this fills you with the confidence you need to come and visit us soon! We are really enjoying being open again and the buzz of our guests and team being back in the hotel. It has been too long!
